I'm Brooke- a wife, mother, nurse and lactation consultant. My heart is for families navigating the tender transition into parenthood. I graduated from Baylor University and have been a registered nurse since 2015. I have nursing experience in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Nursery and as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant for inpatient nursery and NICU infants. My goal is to offer evidence-based guidance and support for feeding, healing, and new family rhythms. I believe every family deserves intentional care for the tender and sacred calling of parenthood.

Heritage Lactation partners with Nichole McCloy LLC / Fort Worth Lactation & Tongue Tie, which manages insurance, referrals, and contracting.2. Scope of Services• Heritage Lactation provides lactation and family wellness support.
• Services are educational and wellness-focused, not a substitute for emergency medical care.
• Insurance claims and referrals are processed through Nichole McCloy LLC.3. Client Responsibilities• Provide accurate health and personal information during intake.
• Attend scheduled appointments or provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations.
• Use telehealth platforms responsibly and ensure a private environment for sessions.
• Follow care recommendations with discernment and communicate concerns promptly.4. Payment & Insurance• Self-pay clients are responsible for fees at the time of service.
• Insurance claims are submitted through Nichole McCloy LLC.
• Any coverage questions should be directed to Nichole McCloy LLC.5. Cancellations & Rescheduling• Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice may incur a fee.
